Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure quality service. If you are 15 minutes or more late, we will have to reschedule your appointment. It is our intention to do everything we can to accomodate you.
We require a 24 hour notice of a cancellation reschedule. In the event that you need to cancel please allow us 24 hours in order to secure another client. If you cancel within the 24 hours or are a no-show we will not allow you to book again.
When accompanied with an original receipt, unused and unopened products may be returned for a full refund in the same method as the original form of payment. Used and opened products may not be returned or exchanged.
We do not have the facilities to accommodate children who are not receiving services. Therefore, for the safety and comfort of other guests, children are not allowed in the salon. A Consultation is required for children under age 12.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash.
We reserve the right to refuse services to clients we deem unsuitable, unprofessional, and unbeneficial to the organization.
